Brown moved from Michigan to Washington state to find work. On 11/28/17 he contacted his estranged wife, told her he was going to come back to Michigan. He left Washington, it is believed he left WA on that date. On 11/30/17 at 5:30 PM near Morris, IL a 911 call came in that on the E/B exit ramp of I-80 and Seneca Rd. a car (belonging to Brown) was backing down the ramp into a the deep ditch. His vehicle was not found until 12/8/17. Keys were in the ignition, and the vehicle was left in drive. He was not within it.
