Last seen in Salem, Illinois in the early hours and Central City and possibly Carmi on November 5, 2023. Last phone ping in St. Francesville at 11:08 a.m.
Truck found abandoned in Knox County, IN on 11/6/2023 along Wabash River Bank. His dogs were in the truck. At least 1 leash damp. Driver door open, truck was left running although the battery died or it ran out of gas when found.
Phone, wallet, vape, sunglasses were NOT found in the truck.
